Access & Entry

When the apartment is handed over, you get your personal access chip, which is used for the entrance and apartment door as well as for the laundry room and the broom cupboard.

Just hold the chip in front of the smart lock without touching it, so that the door opens. The door closes automatically, you don´t need to lock off. The small key is for your personal letter box.

Important notice: For security reasons, your chip must be updated regularly (indicated by a red signal). To reactivate the chip, you will find a small box (ground floor). Hold the chip against the reader display until update is confirmed.

Please take care of your chip: do not lose it or forget it in your apartment! If you get locked, you can call this emergency number:

and you will receive a new code for the keyBoy so that you can get into the house and into your apartment. However, we have to charge € 50 for this service.

Door intercom and opener system for your visits: At the entrance door of the complex, visitors select the apartment number via the arrow keys and acknowledge with OK. The apartment telephone rings and you can talk with the visitor. By entering 25# with your telephone, you open the front door.
