Housekeeping

Bedspreads, towels, kitchen towels are provided and are regularly to be washed by the tenant himself. We ask for careful, proper treatment of the washing, in order to avoid discolouring, stains, etc.

Shared laundry room: In the “laundry room” on the 2nd upper floor 2 washing machines are provided. It is not allowed to dry washing inside the apartment; for this purpose tumble driers are provided.

We kindly ask for considerate and respectful use of shared facilities, for example when using the drying racks, in order to ensure a pleasant coexistence for all residents.

The tenant shall regularly and properly clean the apartment. A vacuum cleaner and cleaning utensils are found in the broom cupboard of each floor. Clean linoleum slightly moist, not too wet (special cleaner is provided in the broom cupboard). Please keep the bath, toilet and shower clean by yourself. Window cleaning as required.

Common rooms (staircases, laundry room etc.) are regularly cleaned by a cleaning service. Please let us know if you notice any defects in commonly used areas; we will ensure that they are addressed promptly.

Please do not dispose hair, nappies, ladies hygiene articles in the toilet (in case of damages caused by a clogged toilet, the tenant shall be liable).
