Cross-border commuting Germany-Luxembourg
Since 2020, all public transport in Luxembourg has been free of charge. Please note: however, a Regio Zone 1 ticket must be purchased for cross-border lines! The monthly pass RegioZone is valid for unlimited journeys on cross-border RegioZone bus lines from the day it is validated until the same day of the following month at 4 am. It is not valid on international train journeys. A monthly pass RegioZone 1 costs € 40. You can purchase it online or from the bus driver.
