Living together in our BOBINETSQUARE apartment house requires mutual consideration of all inhabitants. Therefore the following rest times shall apply: from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. as well as from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., on Sundays and holidays to 9:00 a.m., any kind of noise or steady sounds, which could be heard from outside, are to be avoided.
All devices shall at any time be operated on room volume. Radios or similar devices operated on the patio shall be tolerated by other inhabitants.
We ask for responsible and economical consumption of power, water and heating. When leaving the apartment all windows and the apartment door shall always be closed. Regulate the heating to a low level, but in case of low outdoor temperatures take care that the heating inside the living space always remains on thermostat level 1.
Please provide for the necessary air exchange in the apartment by regular rush airing (open the windows completely for 5 minutes every day – tilting is not sufficient). During cooking increased water steam is produced, therefore you should at such times provide for the necessary draft in the room.
Open fire and barbeque shall not be permitted inside the residential complex.
Own bicycles can be parked in the outdoor area.
